Services: Fresh Start Garages LLC provides garage cleanout, junk removal, and organization services in Southern Utah. Estimates are free and non-binding; final pricing is confirmed on site and may adjust if job conditions differ materially from what was described or photographed.

Items we decline: We do not transport or dispose of hazardous materials, including certain chemicals and solvents, motor oil, fuel, certain pressurized or propane tanks, asbestos, or medical/biological waste. We reserve the right to decline any item at our discretion for safety or legal reasons.

Removed items & ownership: When you authorize us to remove items, you transfer full ownership of those items to Fresh Start Garages LLC, which may donate, recycle, resell, or dispose of them at its discretion, with no payment or compensation owed to you. Removed items cannot be recovered.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and check.

Refunds: Because our services are performed on site and cannot be undone once complete, all sales are final and no refunds are issued after work is completed. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will do our best to make it right.

Scheduling & cancellations: Please give reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows but are not liable for delays outside our control.
